OUR REASON FOR BEING

CN Poble Nou is a sports club with its own legal personality, which through the practice of sport and physical activity promotes the creation of a sporting culture and a deep connection with the environment and Catalan society. It provides coverage at any level of ability and pursues under the banner of effort, commitment, and improvement the achievement of any sporting milestone, at the highest level of sports performance as well as in the health sphere.

THE FUTURE WE DESIRE

CN Poble Nou aims to have the greatest possible representation in society and, consequently, the highest number of members possible. To nourish this social mass, the greatest possible number of school players and grassroots categories from each sport is required to feed the elite teams and ensure the survival of our values and our identity in the future.

OUR ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

  • We are a Catalan and international club. We have open doors to integrate anyone who wants to share the values of CN Poble Nou and its sports.
  • We are a performance club that aspires to compete at the highest possible level. We work with all humility, focusing on the manner of achieving goals over the result.
  • We have our own style of play, based on generosity, effort, improvement, and respect for teammates, the coach, the referee, and the opponent.
  • The goal of each match is to win while having fun and getting to know other teams from around the world. Enjoying the game passionately and representing our club proudly while traveling.
  • We have a social function. A firm commitment to anyone who wants to participate in our project regardless of their abilities, origins, and/or their distinctive traits. The Club shapes people beyond just athletes.
  • • The club is above the athletes, technical teams, and leaders. The assembly is the highest organ of representation and decision-making at CN Poble Nou.
